Rockford Mass Transit ratified a three-year contract in November of 2020. This contract included an 7.5% wage increase, improved vision plan, and an improved sick-leave provision.
Our Rock Falls Utility group ratified a four-year contract in November of 2019. This contract included an 12% wage increase, additional $1.00 for crew leaders and a new comp-time section.
The City of Rock Falls Clerical bargaining group ratified a four-year contract in August of 2020, with 24% wage increases and an increased longevity incentive.
Our Flagg-Rochelle Park District ratified a five-year contract in May, with a 12.5% wage increase over the length of the contract.
